Important Safety and Ticket Information
All purchases are final, and tickets are non-refundable.
However, you can exchange your ticket for a different operating date and time during the 2025 season. Note that price differences may apply. All tickets expire on the last night of the 2025 operating season.
Do Not Enter If You Have Any of the Following Conditions:
- Medical Conditions: This includes asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, or any other medical conditions.
- Physical Limitations: Do not enter if you have broken bones, neck or back injuries, or are wearing a cast, medical brace, or using crutches.
- Sensory and Mental Health Concerns: Do not enter if you are prone to seizures from strobe lights or suffer from claustrophobia.
- Drug or Medication Use: You may not enter if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type.
Our staff reserves the right to deny entry if any of these conditions are observed.
